HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?

   OPTION 1: CARD PAYMENT

Our online card payments are facilitated by DPO | PAYGATE. All transactions are once-off, fully secure payments and no personal details are retained on our website or with PAYGATE.

Click on the “Card Payment” icon.
Review and accept our Terms & Conditions.
Enter your reference number and quoted price. It is important that you do not enter the same reference number twice.
Click “Pay” to continue.
Once payment is processed, you will receive a Customer Receipt via email.
We automatically receive the same receipt so there is no need to resend it manually.
Your booking is now paid for and confirmed.

   OPTION 2: ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT)

EFT payments can be made to our First National Bank (FNB) account. To facilitate the payment, you will need to add FE Shuttle as a beneficiary on your internet banking profile.

Click on the “Banking Details” icon.
Select the preferred bank account to make your payment to.
Use your booking reference number and name as the payment reference.
Email your proof of payment to shuttle@feshuttle.co.za.
Your booking is now paid for and confirmed.

   OPTION 3: CONTACT US

Cash payment is the least preferred option but we understand that some of our clients may not have access to internet banking or card facilities. If this is the case, please contact us on 083 567 3996 to discuss alternative options for payment. If at a later stage, you are able to make payment by EFT or card, those options remain open to you. Please note, in-branch cash deposits are discouraged.
